Can I get a refund of my order?

When you email us 14 days after receiving the order with a clear description of your complaint, we will take into consideration if we reprint your photo product at no additional cost or provide you with a refund of the total production cost.

This is not applicable to undelivered orders due to the customer's won negligence (e.g. incorrect delivery address, unknown postal address, or if the order was not picked up at the post office, etc).
